A importância da união de saberes na inclusão escolar

A importância de uma equipe multidisciplinar para estruturar a inclusão escolar é formada pela dinâmica onde seus componentes adquirem conhecimentos de outras disciplinas afins e as incorporam à sua prática – isso é chamado transdisciplinaridade.Todos os envolvidos com o aluno atípico (escola, família, mediador, neuropediatra e terapeutas) constroem o alicerce da vida escolar do aluno atípico. Em nossa trajetória, essa estratégia é amplamente adotada no desenvolvimento do trabalho proposto pelo Instituto Apta no apoio à centenas de famílias no processo de inclusão escolar. Aprendizados que constituem nossa prática:

  • a parceria estruturada entre a equipe escolar e a família é a base para uma inclusão bem
  • a importância de alinhar expectativas em relação ao que a família espera da escola e vice versa é essencial para evitar desapontamentos futuros.
  • dividir angústias, anseios, reconhecer suas limitações e estar disponível ao aprendizado é uma fonte segura para suporte nesse
  • o foco de todo o processo de inclusão, do início ao fim deve ser o aluno atípico e o respeito à sua singularidade é primordial. Teorias maravilhosas de inclusão caem por terra quando essa premissa não é respeitada.
